WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We always try to ship as quickly as possible, however for Standard USA orders please allow 48hrs for your order to be processed + 5 business days for your package to arrive. That's 7 business days in total. We'll keep in contact with you during this time so don't worry! 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Yes it is possible to make a change prior to dispatch. Please contact us at hello@shopgem.co and we will do our best to adjust your order. Once your item has shipped we cannot make changes to your order. Please refer to our Return & Refund policy if you require further information. This also applies to order cancellations.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When an order has been paid in full, we will notify you by email to let you know your item/s have been shipped.
