Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If the item you received isn’t right for you, we can arrange for a replacement or refund. 

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please email us at kirsten@palaceconcierge.com with your order details and "not my thing" request.

Our customers are entitled for a refund or replacement if the item received is faulty. You must email us within 7 days of receive your order to be entitled to a replacement or refund at the purchased price.

Refunds can be only be credited using the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.

Original Delivery fees are non-refundable for all orders.
